Two More F1rst Passes

Congratulations to Debra Trowell and Declan McGlone both achieving a F1rst Pass. 

On being presented with their certificates by Chairman Linda Davies, Debra thank all the obesrevers who helped and explained to our current associates to read the Roadsmart book, Highway Code and Know Your Roadsigns. Even advised to keep them by your bed side during the course. Declan thanked the Observers that helped him and added that he’d been driving for 35 years and the course has been a re-Education.  Both Debra and Declan will be considering becoming observers in the near future, passing on their F1rst knowledge.
