Test Pass - F1rst!

In absent of our Chairman this week, our Associates Co-Ordintor Terry Nunn had the pleasure of presenting a First Pass Certificate to Stuart Clark. He was presented his certificate while the group was visiting the Road Safety Experince Centre near Rochester.  Stuart was very grateful of the pass and the help from our observers who took Stuart through the course.  Stuart has expressed a keen interest in becoming an observer and we're sure that make a fine observer in the near future.
